Social Media promised to connect us, Rubbish Club actually does.
Rubbish Club is a free social initiative designed to bring young people together while cleaning our streets. It was started to solve two problems – it’s hard to make friends as an adult and litter is everywhere!
Each Saturday, members have a coffee and chat then walk around two city blocks, picking up rubbish along the way. It’s a great way for young people to make new friends, stay active, and make a positive impact on their surroundings.
What is Rubbish Club?
Sign up below to join or contact us to start your own club. When you sign up, you’ll select which club you want to join.
Each club uses a WhatsApp group chat to communicate. Upon signup, you’ll receive the link to join your club’s group chat.
How do I join?
Rubbish Club runs every Saturday at 8am at various cafes. Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send you the most up to date list of clubs, where you can choose which club you’d like to join.
