Streetwear powering streetcare.

Rubbish Club is a social initiative designed to bring young people together while cleaning our streets. It is entirely funded through the sale of our high-quality streetwear with 50% of profits returning to growing our offering to community building opportunities for connection.

Members meet-up for a weekly coffee and yap before grabbing some grippers and walking around two blocks, picking up rubbish along the way. It’s is a great way for young people to make new friends, stay active, and make a positive impact on their surroundings.

This year, we aim to start a new club every month and are looking for people to help us achieve this - so sign up here!

Born from a desire to create new friends, get moving and create cleaner streets, Rubbish Club was created as an initiative of Boe Design in mid 2024.

  • As young people, we have grown up being taught that social media is socialising.

When we realised that social media consistently left us unhappy, we knew we wanted to bring people together in a way that felt real. We wanted to create a space where connection wasn’t measured in likes or comments but in conversations, shared experiences, and collective action.

That’s why we started Rubbish Club—a simple, meaningful way to meet new people, get outside, and make a tangible difference in our local environment. By walking together and cleaning up our streets, we’re not just picking up rubbish; we’re building a community that values real-world connection, movement, and purpose.

Social media promised to bring us closer, but Rubbish Club actually does.
