Returns and Exchanges

You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days from the purchase date if you believe the item is damaged, defective or not as described. Items must be returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached to qualify for our Return & Exchange Policies.

Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. Please choose mindfully as we do not refund or exchange options for customers who have changed their mind due to preference.

To lodge a return or exchange request, please send us an email at info@boedesign.com.au and reference your order # number and the reason for the logdement.

Change of Mind Policy

We do not currently offer returns or refunds for customers who have changed their mind on orders. Please ensure you refer to product dimensions before purchasing items.

Change of Size Policy.

We accept returns for items that are unworn and in original condition. Please refer to the size guide for each item when purchasing.

Unofficial or second hand items

Rubbish Club items are exclusively sold at www.rubbishclub.com.au and returns for items purchased elsewhere or second-hand will not be accepted.

Failure to collect

If you fail to pick up parcel from your local post office and it's successfully returned to us we will repost it to you at your expense.
